The EDGE RESIDENCE is located at Plot 555, Cadastral Zone B06, Mabushi, Abuja, FCT. The EDGE RESIDENCE is a meticulously designed andconstructed complex of terraces and apartments, built under the most stringent architectural and engineering criteria to meet the needsof every resident. The surrounding lush greenery and mature trees adorn the site, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. Tucked away from the busy and buzzing city noise, this edifice offers a sense of privacy and seclusion, affording residents unparalleled peace and quiet. While private, the site is conveniently located near essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, and recreational facilities. It strikes a balance between being
private and accessible.
TERRACE
Enclosed by partitions, the terraced (4-bedroom triplex) features four bedrooms, including aboys’ quarters, a spacious kitchen with ample storage, three living areas (lounge), a dining area,and balcony extensions that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
Entrance foyer, anteroom, main living, dining, and en-suite bedroom (convertible to BQ), anoutdoor kitchen area, and storage are all on the ground floor. The ground floor comprises the entrance porch, ante room, main living room, dining area, an en-suite bedroom, a kitchen with ample storage, and a terrace that extends from it.
First Floor
The first-floor features en-suite bedroom with balconies, as well as a private lounge that can serve as a study or an additional bedroom with a balcony extension.
Third Floor
The second floor has the master bedroom, private lounge, and an en-suite bedroom with a balcony extension.
VIEW
Deliberate arrangement and consideration of spaces to make sure occupants enjoy various vantage points both inside and outside Of the building. Neighboring buildings, landmarks, and natural surroundings were carefully looked at when planning views. The building is strategically oriented to maximize desirable views and minimize undesirable ones.
BLOCK OF FLATS
We have two staircases for both the entrance and exit, providing access to our two prototype
flats. We strategically stack these flats at the corners of the structure, sharing the same functional
spaces but with slightly different configurations and floor areas.

There are block of flats on site all serviced by two stairwells. Three flats are stacked on top of eachother in two separate blocks. Each flat is made up of an ante room with visitors w/c, living, dining, two ensuite bedrooms, kitchen & storage. The block of flats sharing walls with the terraces have balconies adjacent to the living room which makes it a bit more spacious.
VIEW
The design of the building was carefully planned to ensure that occupants have enjoyable views both inside and outside. Consideration was given to nearby buildings, landmarks, and natural surroundings. The building is positioned to highlight pleasant views and reduce less attractive ones
