THE EDGE RESIDENCE
The EDGE RESIDENCE is at Plot 555, Cadastral Zone B06, Mabushi is a meticulously designed & constructed terraces & apartments under the most stringent architectural and engineering criteria to meet the needs of every resident. A 2-minute drive separates this location from the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, a 5 mins journey from Wuse & within a 10 mins drive to Wuse market which are all situated in the center of Abuja.

ABOUT SITE
The site is surrounded by lush greenery & mature trees. These elements create a tranquil and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The site offers a sense of privacy and seclusion. It is tucked away from busy roads and neighboring properties, allowing residents to enjoy peace and quiet. While secluded, the site is conveniently located near essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, recreational facilities. It strikes a balance between being secluded and accessible.
TERRACE
Ground Floor
The ground floor as in every design serves as a crucial hub for building access and often hosts a mix of functions depending on the building's design and purpose. In this design, The ground floor houses the entrance porsch, ante room, main living, dining, an en-suite bedroom, and a terrace which is the extension of the kitchen & storage.
First Floor
The first floor houses two en-suite bedroom & a private lounge.
Third Floor
The third floor has the master bedroom, private lounge & an en-suite bedroom with balcony extension
VIEW
Deliberate arrangement and consideration of spaces to make sure occupants enjoy various vantage points both inside and outside Of the building. Neighboring buildings, landmarks, and natural surroundings were carefully looked at when planning views. The building is strategically oriented to maximize desirable views and minimize undesirable ones.
BLOCK OF FLATS
There are blocks of flats on site all serviced by two stairwells. There flats are stacked on top of each other in two separate blocks. Each flat is made up of an ante room with visitors w/c living, dinning, two ensuite bedrooms, kitchen & storage.

Each flat is made up of an ante room with visitors w/c, living, dining, two ensuite bedrooms, kitchen & storage. The block of flats sharing walls with the terraces have balconies adjacent to the living room which makes it a bit more spacious.
VIEW
The design of the building was carefully planned to ensure that occupants have enjoyable views both inside and outside. Consideration was given to nearby buildings, landmarks, and natural surroundings. The building is positioned to highlight pleasant views and reduce less attractive ones

Edge residence is equipped with devices and appliances that are controlled remotely and automated to perform tasks such as temperature adjustment, lighting control, & security monitoring. SOLAR ENERGY
All terraces and block of flats are equipped with solar panels mounted on rooftops to capture sunlight. Electricity generated by solar panels are converted by inverters which are installed in all Edge Residence homes. The use of solar energy will overall help residents control energy consumption & provide long-term savings on electricity bills.
CHILDREN PLAYGROUND
The children’s playground facility within Edge Residence is safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children of residents can play, socialize, and develop physically and socially.
24-HOUR CCTV
A 24-hour CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) camera system strategically position cameras to cover critical areas such as entry points, parking lots, common areas, and sensitive locations to continuously monitor and record activities within the residence is implemented.
STANDBY GENERATOR
A standby generator is installed in the residence for backup power to automatically provide electricity to the terraces and block of flats during a power outage. The stand-by generator will be the reliable solution for maintaining electrical power continuity in residence, offering backup support during utility failures or emergencies.
